I offer one-to-one Internal Family Systems therapy for adults who want to move beyond simply managing their symptoms and begin to understand the underlying patterns that shape how they feel, think, and relate to others.

This work is gentle, collaborative, and paced according to what feels manageable for you. Sessions are guided by attunement, somatic awareness, and an understanding of nervous system regulation, ensuring that therapy supports your system rather than overwhelms it.

  • Somatic and embodied – tracking sensations, impulses, breath, and nervous-system states, not just thoughts

  • Trauma-informed and carefully paced – especially with developmental trauma, PTSD and CPTSD

  • Relational and deeply attuned – using the therapeutic relationship as part of the healing field

  • Grounded in presence and Self-energy – supporting curiosity, compassion, clarity, and calm to lead the process

  • Integrative – informed by my background in trauma-informed yoga, somatic practices, sound therapy and ceremonial space-holding
